The Buchanan Building at 28 W. 3rd Avenue in Spokane, Washington is currently being co-renovated by the Spokane Entrepreneurial Center and Limelyte Technology Group, Inc.

In addition to the primary space occupied by Limelyte, we will also have approximately 10,000 sq. feet of additional space which will be sub-leased to smaller growing firms of similar interest.

  • 9 individual basement level offices ranging from 75-150 sq. ft. w/ shared restroom and kitchen
  • Approximately 1,000 sq. ft. main level space with dedicated street level entrance
  • Approximately 2,200 sq. ft. upper warehouse style office with 2 private restrooms
  • Main floor shared conference room with large skylight and LCD screen/computer for presentation
  • Main floor restroom and kitchen area
  • Card access control security system to building
  • All individual offices to include commercial high-speed internet access, phone and a single parking pass (additional can be provided)
  • Free 2 hour street parking in front of building for clientele and visitors
  • Month-to-month agreements at approximately $1-$2 per square foot per month
